The Supreme Court asked the Solicitor General to obtain instructions from the Centre regarding its present stand on the curative petition filed by it in 2010 seeking additional compensation for Bhopal gas tragedy victims from Union Carbide Corporation. The SC deferred the matter to October 11, 2022.
