The Ministry of Chemicals and Fertilizer, (MOCF) on November 11, 2022, issued a notification to further amend the Drugs (Prices Control) Order, 2013 this has come into force on November 11, 2022. The following has been amended namely: The Schedule-I which states “National List of Essential Medicines 2015” the following Schedule shall be substituted namely “National List of Essential Medicines (NLEM) 2022”
