A joint committee was directed by the NGT to look into the encroachment of government land by coal tar plant in village Rampura Patwar Mandal, Sewapur, district Jaipur, Rajasthan.
The committee was asked to file a report within two months.

Land at village Rampura Patwar Mandal which is recorded in the revenue record as gair-mumkin nallah has been encroached upon by a coal tar plant, emitting highly polluted gases and smoke. This is affecting the air quality of the area and the health of the local people, stated the application filed before the NGT.
