By the execution application, the applicant was seeking compliance of the NGT order July 5, 2024 passed in OA No. 735/2024.
In the OA, the applicant has raised the grievance in respect of pollution caused due to the poor handling of the fly ash by Rajiv Gandhi Thermal Power Plant, Khedar, Hisar district. The NGT directed the respondents which included the state of Haryana, Haryana State Pollution Control Board (HSPCB) to file their response / reply. The court will next hear the case on September 28, 2025.
