Dec. 3: British Council and the Energy and Resources Institute (Teri) have launched the International Climate Champions 2009. The programme is aimed at inspiring young, especially students, on the issue of climate change. A memorandum of understanding (MoU) was signed between the British Council and Teri on Wednesday to jointly manage and implement the this programme across India and Sri Lanka.
