Even as heavy rain and hailstorm in Jammu and its adjoining areas during wee hours today brightened the prospects of rabi crops, in the low lying areas of Khour and plains of Akhnoor, Bishnah, Marh and RS Pura fruit and vegetable crops have taken a beating due to the unprecedented climatic change.
