A recent decision of the Shri Amarnathji Shrine Board (SASB) to set up a high-profile panel for ensuring the preservation of environment along the route to the 12, 729-foothigh cave-shrine in Kashmiri Himalayas has been widely welcomed by conservationists in Jammu and Kashmir.
