Forest dept to compensate affected ryots [1]

The forest department has assured to compensate farmers likely to be affected by the declaration of Bondla as a critical wildlife habitat.
This was disclosed at a public hearing, organized by the forest department and attended by about 100 residents from Paikul and Kankeri villages in Guleli panchayat.
