In a clear sign of the growing faith of the US in Indian space programmes, two top US agencies - the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) and the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) - signed a letter of intent (LoI) on Wednesday to obtain data from the Oceansat-2 satellite of the ISRO.
