The present application for intervention arises from Writ Petition No.2802/2004 titled Alok Pratap Singh versus UOI and Ors pending before the Hon'ble Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur wherein vide order-dated 23.06.2005 the Applicant was invited to intervene in the said Writ Petition by the Hon'ble High Court, in order to assist the court in the present matter. Since the subject Special Leave Petition against an interim order, passed in the said Writ Petition therefore the Applicant is seeking vide the present application to be allowed to intervene in the present SLP.
