Mullaperiyar dispute cannot be resolved by Supreme Court: Kerala [1]

New Delhi: Contending that the Mullaperiyar water dispute is an inter-State water dispute that cannot be resolved by the Supreme Court, Kerala on Thursday suggested that the Centre could be asked to constitute a tribunal to adjudicate the issue as it has wider ramifications.
