Committee Protests Move To Amend Culpability Clause Of Foreign Suppliers

New Delhi: A move by the government to delete a subclause in the civil liability for nuclear damage bill, dealing with culpability of foreign suppliers in the event of a nuclear accident, ran into fierce resistance from members of the standing committee examining the bill.
