Pune The state government is planning to introduce the eco-housing programme with an amendment to the Development Control (DC) rules. Principal Secretary, Urban Development, TC Benjamin said the GR is in the final stages of approval. With Pune already having an eco-housing programme since 2007 that was voluntary in nature, this mandatory change will not be new to the city.
