THIRUVANANTHAPURAM: The Organisation for Civil Rights Protection Kerala has urged the Chief Secretary, the Director-General of Police and the Transport Commissioner to intervene to check the violation of noise pollution norms and to enforce the provisions of the Noise Pollution (Regulation and Control) Rules.
