TAMLUK, 29 NOV: The West Bengal Pollution Control Board (PCB) has slapped a fine of Rs 10 lakh on the Kolaghat Thermal Power Plant (KTPP) for flouting its instructions.
In its order, the PCB has clearly stated that if the KTPP authorities fail to act according to its instruction, it will file a case against the latter in Calcutta High Court.
