The Bombay High Court on Tuesday sought clarifications from the state government and the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation on whether it was mandatory to regularise illegal constructions and also directed the BMC to survey the entire P-North ward to chalk out a list of illegal structures underconstruction or standing.
