KOCHI: The Kerala High Court on Thursday directed the state government and the local bodies to set up plants for treating and disposing of human excreta and other waste at convenient places across the state.
The plants should be set up in a time-bound manner, a Division Bench comprising Justice C N Ramachandran Nair and Justice Bhabani Prasad Ray said.
