With Congress general secretary Rahul Gandhi making it very clear to take the issues of farmers and also declared to hold a `Kisan Panchayat', by the end of this month, the party leaders will hold a one day `Jan Sunwai' (people court) on all the district head quarters of the State to collect the complaints of all those farmers who were agitated against the state government.
