The government will sign an agreement with the Asian Development Bank (ADB) on Monday for $75 million in soft loans to expand reliable access to potable water in Khulna city.
Economics Relations Division (ERD) Secretary M Musharraf Hossain Bhuiyan and ADB country director Thevakumar Kandiah will sign the loan agreement on behalf of Bangladesh and ADB respectively at the NEC-II in city's Sher-e-Ba
