Non-availability of drinking water at Govt High School Panjar, winter Zone Panchari, Distt Udhampur is quite painful. Though there exist who water tanks fully connected to water pipe lines and constructed within school premises for the past several years, shockingly, those are lying in a completely dried state for over months for the reasons better known to the PHE authorities, Udhampur.
