The Supreme Court on Monday gave two weeks time to the Assam Government to file an affidavit over the Lower Subansiri Hydro Electric Project (LSHEP).
Taking up a prayer petition filled by Assam Public Works (APW) over the big dam in Assam, a two member bench of Justice BS Chauhan and SA Dobde asked the state government’s representatives to file an affidavit by September 2 next.
