The following draft of certain rules which the State Government proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by section 109 of The Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (30 of 2013) is hereby published, as required by section 112 of the said Act, for the information of all persons likely to be affected there by; and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules shall be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the date on which the copies of this notification as published in the Maharashtra Government Gazette are made available to the public. These rules may be called the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement (Maharashtra) Rules, 2014.
