Order of the National Green Tribunal (Western Zone Bench, Pune) in the matter of Ashok Khatari & Anr Vs Tata Power Co. Ltd & Ors. with APPEAL NO.22/2014 (WZ) Conservation Action Trust & Anr vs Union of India dated 15/04/2015 regarding establishment of Unit No.6 of the Tata Power Company Ltd. at Trombay Thermal Power Station at Mahul Road, District Chembur, Mumbai and change from an oil-based unit to a coal-run unit.
