Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Sabu Mathew George Vs Union of India & Others dated 19/09/2016 regarding information on pre-conception and/or pre-natal determination of sex or sex selection online in India. Ranjit Kumar Solicitor General submitted before the Apex Court he has been apprised about the “proposed list of words” in respect of which when commands are given, there will be “auto block” with a warning and nothing would be reflected in the internet, as it is prohibited in India.
