Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding the annual felling of khair trees, Jammu & Kashmir, 13/03/2018 [1]

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of Environment Awareness Forum Vs The State of Jammu & Kashmir dated 13/03/2018 regarding the annual felling of khair trees from the private land in the State of Jammu & Kashmir. Supreme Court directs the State of Jammu & Kashmir to file an affidavit indicating the persons to whom licences have been granted, the date of the licences as well as the volume of felling of trees permitted.
