Order of the Supreme Court of India regarding use of imported pet coke in the steel and aluminium industry, 26/07/2018 [1]

Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 26/07/2018 regarding use of imported pet coke in the steel and aluminium industry. Additional Solicitor General of India informs the Court that studies will have to be conducted and BIS standards will have to be fixed in the case of aluminium industry.
