Order of the Supreme Court of India in the matter of M. C. Mehta Vs Union of India & Others dated 25/09/2018 regarding Taj Trapezium Zone. Meenakshi Dhote, Professor of Environmental Planning, DSPA and Project Coordinator of Vision Document for Taj Mahal stated before the Court that the suggestions received are being tabulated and analyzed and asked for the extension of the time to prepare the vision document till 15/11/2018. 
[2]With regard to declaration of Agra as a heritage city, it is stated by Tushar Mehta, ASG that a study is being conducted by the Centre for Environmental Planning and Technology (CEPT), Ahmedabad. A communication will be sent to the Centre for expediting the study so that a final decision can be taken.
