Question raised in Rajya Sabha on Steps to Boost Off Grid Renewable Power Generation, 16/07/2019. The Ministry of New and Renewable Energy is implementing various schemes such as National Biogas and Manure Management Programme, Biogas Power (off-grid) Generation Programme, Biomass Gasifier Programme, Unnat Chulha Abhiyan (UCA) Programme, Off-grid and Decentralized solar PV Applications Programme, Atal Jyoti Yojana, 70 lakh Solar Study Lamp Scheme, Concentrating Solar Thermal Programme, etc., to promote off-grid renewable energy generation in the country during the last three years.
