The State government may be framing rules under the provisions of this Act, create a suitable Grievance Redressal Mechanism to effectively deal with the grievances filed by the applicants in relation to delay in clearances of applications. The State Government may be notification specify the clearance process, for according layout and building approval by Tripura Urban Planning and Development Authority and issue of permission for change of land use, for industrial or manufacturing purposes.
