There is no issue in operational phase now - of land use, forest, flora, fauna, air pollution, noise, vibration, construction activity at site, use of ground water, creation of effluent, treatment of it or discharge to aquifer, storm water drainage, ground water recharge obstruction and none of these are the issues in operation. The forest land is already diverted, alternative land is given, the payment of Rs. 67 lakhs towards plantation is made.
