Order of the National Green Tribunal in the matter of Aarti Gupta Vs State of Maharashtra dated 24/01/2022. Grievance in the application is regarding reluctantance of Secretary, Shri Geetanjali Co-operative Housing Society, Andheri West, Mumbai to follow the directions issued vide notice of Garden Department of K-West Ward, Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai (MCGM) for de-concretization around the trees of Shri Geetanjali Co-operative Housing Society.

The NGT directed the Commissioner of Municipal Corporation of Greater Mumbai as well as Garden Warden, K-West Ward, Andheri West, Mumbai to look into the grievance and take remedial action in accordance with law after following due process.
