The Ministry of Road Transport and Highways (MoRTH) on December 16, 2022, notified that the Central Motor Vehicles (Twenty-fourth Amendment) Rules, 2022 will further amend the Central Motor Vehicles Rules, 1989. The following has been amended- In rule 115, in sub-rule 18, in clause (ii), for the existing Table 2, the Table 2 Applicability of Test Requirements for BS-VI shall be substituted. In rule 115 of the said rules, in Annexure IV-W, for the existing title, the Technical Specification of Reference Hydrogen Fuel for BS- VI vehicles title shall be substituted. In rule 115 of the said rules, after Annexure IV- ZC, the ANNEXURE IV-ZD [See rule 115(18) (ii))] Technical Specification of Reference Hydrogen Fuel for BS-IV vehicles shall be inserted.
