This scoping report provides an overview and discussion of carbon capture, utilisation and storage (CCUS) research and capabilities in the UK and India. The report lays out a broad overview of the CCUS sector, covering research and development focuses, ongoing projects and policy frameworks, as well aspects related to social and environmental impacts and economic feasibility studies. It also gives an insight into the capabilities and the research landscape of CCUS in India and the UK with key players being listed. Key findings of the landscape are presented and opportunities for bilateral collaboration are identified.
