The Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate Change (MoEFCC), May 02, 2023, notified the Draft Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Amendment Rules, 2023 to further amend the Hazardous and Other Wastes (Management and Transboundary Movement) Rules, 2016. Hereby given that the said notification will be taken into consideration by the Central Government on or after receiving objections and suggestions on the expiry of sixty days from the date on which copies of this notification as published in the 'Gazette of India are made available to the public.
