These regulations may be called the Central Electricity Authority (Measures relating to Safety and Electric Supply) Regulations, 2023. These regulations shall come into force on the date of publication in the Official Gazette. These regulations shall be applicable to electrical installation including electrical plant and electric line, and the person engaged in the generation or transmission or distribution or trading or supply or use of electricity.
