This Report of the Standing Committee on Water Resources (2023-24) deals with the action taken by the Government on the Observations/Recommendations contained in the Twenty Third Report on ‘Glacier Management in the Country – Monitoring of Glaciers / Lakes Including Glacial Lake Outbursts leading to Flash-Floods in the Himalayan Region’. The Twentieth Report was presented to Lok Sabha on 29.03.2023 and was
laid on the Table of Rajya Sabha on 29.03.2023. The Report contained 15 Observations/Recommendations.
