Trees moved by BMC 'dead' [1]

The 58 trees that were transplanted at Banganga pumping station and the MSRDC office on Nepean Sea Road have allegedly died. The trees were transplanted despite the opposition of residents whose battle with the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC) over the issue had even reached the Bombay high court.
