NEW DELHI: Even as the world fails to arrive at any consensus on climate change ahead of the Copenhagen meet scheduled for December, India is all set to come up with a statement at the end of a high level conference on Climate Change: Technology Development and Transfer to be inaugurated by the Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on October 22.
