BHOPAL, March 14: There was complete breakdown of supervisory mechanism and the protocol for administering anti-measles vaccine was blown to the wind leading to the death of four infants in Damoh district of Madhya Pradesh within a few hours of being vaccinated on Saturday.
The children who have died are Rohani Rajgaud, Arman Vishwakarma, Gaurav Vishwakarma and Karnika Thakur.
