The ratings exer cise for cleanliness, curb on open defecation, provision of clean drinking water and waste disposal, carried out by the ministry of urban development, has revealed that none of the 423 Classcities in the country could qualify for the "green" category, which was the best cat egory, and only four cities could make it to the nex best "blue" category.
