KOCHI,: Fisheries Minister S Sarma has said the plan for the development of coastal area at an investment of Rs 5 crore should be submitted to the government within 15 days.
The details should reach the government through the Coastal Development Corporation before June 25, he said on Thursday during a meeting convened to discuss the matter.
