The following draft of certain rules which the Central Government, in consultation with the Comptroller and Auditor General of India, proposes to make in exercise of the powers conferred by the sub-section (1) of section 24 of the Mahatma Gandhi National Rural Employment Guarantee Act, 2005 (Central Act 42 of 2005), is hereby published as required by sub-section (1) of section 32 of the
said Act, for information of all persons likely to be affected thereby and notice is hereby given that the said draft rules will be taken into consideration after the expiry of a period of thirty days from the
date on which copies of the Gazette in which this notification is published, are made available to the public.
