Nearly two months after the Union Environment Ministry refused to give a go-ahead to the coastal road plan of the Maharashtra State Road Development Corporation and asked the state government to seek a legal opinion on the current Coastal Regulatory Zone notification, the MSRDC has no clarity if the project would see the light of the day.
