PANJIM: Twenty-five percent of children under the age of five in Goa are underweight and 38.2% are anaemic a study by the National Family Health Survey of the Ministry of Health Government of India has revealed.
According to a written reply to the Rajya Sabha on Wednesday, by Krishna Tirath, Minister for Women and Child Development, Goa has fairly good indicators compared to national averages.
