These regulations may be called the Uttarakhand Electricity Regulatory Commission (Tariff and Other Terms for Supply of Electricity from Renewable Energy Sources and non-fossil fuel based Co-generating Stations) Regulations, 2013. These regulations shall come into force with effect from the date of notification, and unless reviewed earlier or extended by the Commission, shall remain in force for a period of 5 years from the date of commencement.
