If the state government has its way, permission will not be given for the construction of apartments if it doesn't specify its water source. The government may soon come out with a condition for housing project promoters to specify source of water.
Chief minister Siddaramaiah on Thursday said the No-Objection Certificate (NoC) would not be given by the authorities to apartments and other big housing projects if the projects don't have a water source.
