Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee Draft Election Manifesto 2013. The Election Manifesto states "The Mizoram Pradesh Congress Committee, in its Manifesto for Mizoram Assembly Elections in 2008, made a number of promises to the people of Mizoram. And according to the periodic evaluations conducted by the party over the last 54 months, about 75 per cent of the promises to the people have been accomoplished. Some of the promises still remain untouched, and somre are being pursued vigorously for implementation. All in all, our performance, though not totally devoid of lapses and failures, has been satisfactory".
