Order of the Madhya Pradesh High Court (W.P. No.7941/2011 With W.P. No.4205/2013) in the matter between Medha Patkar Vs Union of India regarding providing relief to farmers whose crops have been destroyed due to delay in development of command area of the Omkareshwar project. The Court has directed the Ministry of Environment and Forest to depute a team for inspection and survey of the site in the first week of July, 2014, before the Monsoon progresses further.
