Order of the National Green Tribunal (Central Zonal Bench, Bhopal) in the matter of Bhagat Ram Sahu & Ors. Vs. Union of India & Ors. dated 14/07/2015 regarding non compliance and observance of the conditions of the Environment Clearance particularly with reference to the CSR activities as well as carrying out plantation and other
schemes envisaged under the terms of the EC by the project proponent (Hirmi Cement Works, Ultratech Cement Limited) particularly in village Paraswani, Chhattisgarh.
