Order of the Bombay High Court regarding the ban on Maggi, 13/08/2015 [1]

The Bombay high court on 13 August 2015, struck down FSSAI’s order of a nationwide ban on the sale of Nestle India's popular 2-minute Maggi noodles. Nestle India has been asked to conduct fresh safety tests on the product before relaunching it.

Order of the Bombay High Court in the matter of M/S Nestle India Limited vs The Food Safety And Standards dated 13/08/2015 regarding recall of Maggi. The petitioner was directed to stop manufacture, sale and distribution etc of nine types of variants of noodles manufactured by them.
